Apply fertilizer, weed control, insect control, and specialty lawn treatments to residential and commercial properties across the Fox Cities. State certification required.
- Apply granular and liquid lawn care products per label instructions
- Operate commercial spray equipment and spreaders
- Perform pre-emergent, post-emergent, and specialty weed treatments
- Inspect lawns for insect activity, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
- Communicate professionally with customers at each visit
- Maintain accurate service records and route documentation
- Follow all EPA and state regulations for pesticide application
- Wisconsin State Certification in Turf & Ornamental Pest Control (Category 3.0) — required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Self-motivated with attention to detail
- Previous lawn care or landscape experience preferred
Lawn Care Applicator Helper
Seasonal · Appleton, WI & Fox Cities
Assist licensed applicators in the field — load equipment, help with treatments, and learn the lawn care trade. No certification required to start. We'll help you get certified.
- Assist licensed applicators with daily lawn care routes
- Load and unload equipment, products, and materials
- Help operate spreaders and assist with application setup
- Perform core aeration and other mechanical lawn services
- Maintain equipment and keep trucks organized
- Learn lawn care techniques and product knowledge on the job
- No state certification required — we provide training and certification support
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Interest in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor work
