Michelle is a multi-passionate entrepreneur and the Owner at Storm, with multiple Degrees, Certifications, and Licenses—both in and out of the lawn care industry and heavily focused on business. After all, she owns & operates several herself! Her love for continuous learning fuels her outstanding leadership. Outside of business, Michelle enjoys volunteering, teaching yoga, gardening, baking, and cuddling with her beloved dogs.

As the Founder, Jay brings passion and hands-on expertise to every lawn we service. Jay is devoted to his faith, thrives on learning, and loves teaching others effective lawn care solutions that work.

He spends his off time hunting, fishing, and racing.
